I have multiple Tivos that do not work now that Mediacom updated our area in West Des Moines to 10G , is there a solution to this , Mediacom indicates they will not have tivo service ?

Not sure what you are getting at?
If you mean to connect for TV, Tivo only works for cableTV, Antenna, but not satellite or IPTV (internet TV).
For connectivity to internet, you could connect by wifi or if there is ethernet ports.
