I have a lot of equipment in good working order.
I am just testing the waters but if someone wants an item please ping me privately

Tivo Bolts - 3 of them 1 with upgraded hard drive
'Tivo Lux Mini with WIFI Adapter - quantity 1
Tivo backlit remote quantity 1
Tivo Mini - quantity 5

Good WIFI to Ethernet adapter that I use on one of the Minis with no issues
bad WIFI to Ethernet adapter that has lots of issues :) that one is free if you want it

I'm trying to sell my bolt here with an upgraded 3tb hard drive also with a mini, all with lifetime. I've lowered the price several times now, at $200 atm still with not a single response. I'm about to put the stock hard drive back in and sell the drive and all units seperately.. I may try fleabay, it looks like some are still selling there. I had a person on Craigslist offer me $100 for all of it. I'll keep it or give to a friend for ota before I'd do $100 for the set..
