Really glad it's back. And a good episode too!

I had to keep rewinding to catch stuff. Like the cancer patient's last name. But the one that got me was ulcer patient's name. Mr. Slydell. Great reference!

Kinda wished the Blue Man Group skit lasted a little longer.

This coupled with The Office tonight...I laughed a lot!

So glad Scrubs is back. Quite the opener. Fully expected J.D. to be hesitant about the pregnancy. Loved! how she got pregnant. :p We seriously laughed out loud at that.

Who thinks they'll get an abortion?

Dr.Perry and the Janitor's alter-egos were dead giveaways but J.D.'s was actually pretty good. I could tell there was something wrong with "her" but I couldn't place my finger on it. Once I had seen the other two I simply inferred it was Zach Braff. J.D. can play a convincing woman. ;) :p

"I was always trying to get my J. D." It took me about two minutes to get that one...

When I first saw "her," I thought she was a tranny. But I never made the connection with J.D. until I saw the other two, and even then I had a hard time seeing him in her.

That one I got, but it took me a moment on "Miss Zeebee".

They did the best job of all of them with "her" makeup, although it sure seemed as though in Miss Zeebee's very last scene (after morphing into JD and back) that they used a real woman. Wonder why?

Solid start to the season. I do wish they'd go back to not putting so much fantasy stuff into the "real life" part of the show -- it's getting harder to tell reality from JD's imagination -- but after last season, they seem committed to being more out there.

I thought it was to show that these were real people, and the resemblance was imposed upon them by the characters' perceptions.

I was expecting to see similar treatment for the Cox and Janitor characters, which certainly would have made the point more clear if that's what they were getting at...

.
That was a girl in the last part of J.D.'s thing. It was his pregant girlfriend. He even says it in his speech when he is looking at her in bed. Thinking how his girlfriend has stepped up and faced things head on. How he needs to do the same.
That is when it morphed into her and then back to J.D. as the girl.
Watch it again and this time listen to what he is saying. You will understand why its her talking in the last bit.

My aspect was not in 4:3, as I said in the other thread, it was stretched between 4:3 and 16:9 (10:6? heh) and it made everyone look fat, but it wasn't stretched all the way or I could have shrunk it back to 4:3 with my resize button. Very frustrating.

Season 4 and now this are still a little too much on the silly side for me, but I loved Kelso asking JD about his relationship. That was classic.

I don't like how they've never had sex and there's a possibility they never will (maybe they won't even continue their relationship.)

Actually, my experience was the other way around. I thought it was obvious that it was Braff in drag and I had to re-recognize the others.

I don't want any of you as my wing man in a bar. You'd help me hook up with an obvious tranny!

Good episode. Loved the "Bye, Bye, Bye" dancing at the start and JD's description of the conception. :D

It's been so long, so I've forgotten: Are Elliot and Keith still an item?
