Need Fan replacement

The fan on my tivo premier TCD746320 has started to hum tonight. I know it's the fan, because I was able to stop the fan (and the offending noise) momentarily using a QTip. What fan is recommended as a replacement. The screw holes on my fan are 40mm on center. I have not taken it apart to determine how many wires are attached. Would appreciate any assistance.
