After 9 years stuck on DirecTV I've returned to cable. I dug out the old Premiere XL only to find that I was unable to create more that one season pass for a given show title. Egads!
Honestly...what knucklehead sat up in bed one night and thought "Let's remove some versatility from our products! People will love that!".
Want to record a show on 2 channels but not on the other 8? You're dead.
Want to record new and repeats on one channel and repeats on another channel at a lower priority? You're dead.
Want to record a show on 2 channels with different recording options? You're dead.
Why not solve these problems and however many others I haven't rammed my head into by making just one simple change...let me make more that one pass (yes I get the irony) for a given show title. Guys, seriously, I'm begging you.
