My parents are getting a HR20 for their theater but will still use a 1st gen lifetime tivo on their standard def tv in the livingroom. My question is, if they wanted to hook up a H20 receiver to their tivo to watch downconverted Hd, would the tivo have the updated remote codes to control it.
