Will you buy a Series 3 or THD now that TTG/MRV has been announced?

In order for me personally to get another TiVo, I'd need: SDV protection (I'm already out ESPN2HD and I imagine more soon), some sort of schedule manager (so I can just record 3 shows at the same time and the two TiVo's figure it out) and more TV I like :)
