Most likely they will charge you an additional digital outlet fee, ~$8.00 in my case, if you keep their cable box, or take the cable box, whichever you prefer.

I said "no" and they didn't mention anything, in fact the next thing they told me was how the first two cablecards are free of charge. I was trying to keep the extra cable box (so I can split the cable and connect it to another input for VOD) on the down-low so the install technician doesn't notice it. Am I paranoid?
