Whitney "Up All Night" OAD 12/1/11

They showed ads for Chelsea's sitcom during Whitney. It is starting in January.

I liked this episode. The banter between Whitney and Chelsea was great.

Wonder how they got the syringe to stick like that?

That had me laughing so hard I had to rewind it.

I loved when the therapist mentioned Alex's hair. I can't remember the line but I keep thinking how much hotter this guy would be with a decent haircut. He is my favorite character of the show, heck, maybe of the whole fall season but he needs a good haircut!

I too LOLed at the syringe-the most I have ever laughed at the show!

Chelsea made me laugh too, especially the line about "Maybe I should write another article about you..."

I thought Chelsea came off as wooden and very not funny while playing a sardonic psychiatrist.

Jane Lynch, on the other hand, was very funny when playing a sardonic psychiatrist on Two & A Half Men.

I watched this show in the beginning and wasn't at all impressed. Watched this ep and thought it was pretty decent. Also wondered about how they did the syringe bit - cringey, but funny! I liked Chelsea in it, but I generally tend to like Chelsea. I watch Chelsea Lately.

My thoughts exactly. I'm not sure this bodes well for her own show.

She can act better though. She was much more fluid on After Lately.

I go back and forth on this show. Sometimes I think it's funny, sometimes not so much. There's something about Whitney Cummings I like, but I just can't pinpoint it. Maybe it's just her smile...who knows. This was a good episode (and yeah, I just watched it), but I agree about her bf...he needs a haircut. Actually, he's got the same look as Jeff Winger on Community....the greasy, unshaven, never takes a shower look. I guess that's the "in" look now. I'm not a woman, so maybe I don't get it, but why is that even the least bit attractive?
