What are the hash marks at the bottom of a recorded show? How can I skip to the next hash mark?

15 minute increments.
if you start a 1x FF and then press skip it will skip to the next hash, etc

They're 15 minute hash marks for most recordings. If a recording is longer than {I'm not sure but think} 2 hours, they change to 30 minute hashes. And if it's longer than 4 hours, they become 1 hr hashes.

[I'm not sure at what length they change, but as a recording increases in time, the hash marks cover a larger time period.]

And it works at any FF speed, not just 1X. And I think if you have 30 second skip set, the behavior is slightly different.

To skip backward from hash to hash push the 7.5 second backward skip button (or the 30 second forward skip button) while rewinding at any speed.
