Videos Uploaded Via pytivo Only Play in Video Window

You're saying that even videos uploaded via pyTivo before the problem occurred (that used to play OK) now will not show up when played full-screen, right? I don't use the HDUI, and I haven't tried pyTivo yet, but the problem would appear to be related to video resolution. Since the resolution of files uploaded earlier surely hasn't changed, a TiVo software update may have removed (or broken) support for full-screen display of whatever (possibly nonstandard?) resolution your videos use, but apparently the resolution converter that generates the small video window can still accept that resolution as input. That's my guess. But wmcbrine should know. You might try switching to the SDUI to see if that makes any difference.

Edit: Or the problem could relate to some other aspect of video encoding, not just the resolution.
