I had noticed a few years ago that video on certain channels had a sort of choppy appearance, not fluid movement. I would generally try and avoid those channels. I noticed a few months ago an issue with a Lifetime movies, but I can just avoid them too. Now I'm seeing this choppy effect on new broadcasts of Real Housewives on Bravo. (Ok, no accounting for taste). Lol. Never noticed it on Bravo before. The commercials are fine. Just the program itself. What it this?
