Vantec SATA/IDE to USB 2.0 Adapter - Drive Upgrade

Has anyone successfully used this adapter on a pc running Windows XP SP2 or Vista doing an mfscopy in winmfs? I bought 2 of these adapters and thought I would connect both the old TiVo and new drive via USB since my machine does not have enough internal SATA connections.

Yes, it works pretty well. Only tested upto 500GB on IDE connector and tested up 1TB on SATA connector.
