While watching a live show on an A93 Mini this morning, a V69 "Network too slow" message popped up. The show, local news in HD, was fine with no sound or audio issues and the Mini is connected via Ethernet. No problems show up in my router log and no performance issues. Speed test shows over 200Mbps as always. Anyone have any thoughts on this?

So this afternoon we got this again on a different mini but this time the live TV signal would come and go. The message said that the connection was poor and to switch to Ethernet - only the connection IS Ethernet! I unplugged the Ethernet cable from the mini and the wall, cleaned the contacts. plugged it back in the mini rebooted on it's own. So far so good. The cables have been plugged in for 6 years so I'm hoping it was just oxidation.

Well now it's happening on another one. Says my internet connection is too slow but continues receiving the show. 231Mbps from ISP, Ethernet connection and no router issues. Just weird.

Same problem slow Ethernet connection - error v69 on accessing the DVR and breakups on Netflix. Ran Netflix network test. (Netflix -> get help -> check network connection) - got between 4 and 8 Mbps. My bolt gets 60+ Mbps on SAME network cable. (PCs always also get 60+ Mbps).
It is the mini Ethernet phy, not my network. Looks like the Ethernet phy locks on to the wrong configuration (half duplex in a full duplex system, 10mbps rate, etc).
RJ-45 jack connectors appear ok.
I tried connecting through 2 different Ethernet switches, different cables, - same problem.
(MoCA is not a viable option for me.)

I have a Bolt on Moca, older mini on Moca that both work great. But now I'm adding Mini Lux in office and it STUTTERS on live (OTA) and recordings....streaming is fine. It doesn't matter whether it's on ethernet or coax, and I even tried the wireless adapter- STILL getting stuttering and v69 error. I am beyond frustrated since there's no change no matter which method I use. Installed POE filter today in attic between antenna and coax in, no change. This is also the 2nd Lux box I've tried. It also stutters in a 2nd bedroom when I moved it there. Why is this only happening on this box when the Bolt and other mini work perfectly??? Anyone have any ideas? It shouldn't be this difficult to add a 2nd mini.I've rebooted all and my ATT router...several times. Tried different ethernet cables, nothing changes.

Anyone find a solution? Im having the same problem. MoCA connected minis have no issues, only ethernet. Im not sure of the path, but I think the mini only needs to get to the Bolt DVR, not out of the house onto the web, right?
