Hi All - my bolt+ 3tb went out with a bad hard drive about a month ago. TiVo sent me a replacement- I called Comcast and they paired the card to the new unit. All worked well but after 2 weeks that unit’s hard drive went bad. So I get a third unit - call Comcast to pair and I get v53 and v58 errors. I swap out the cable card with a new one and same errors after Comcast pairs. Then magically the next morning TiVo starts getting all channels. This lasts about a week with everything working perfect and now this afternoon all of a sudden I get v53 error on all channels. I call Comcast and they send a refresh signal - still V53. Comcast says it is a TiVo issue and card is properly paired. I tried restarting to see if that helps and I get the screen below sometimes and have to do a cold reboot to fix that. Does this sound like a Comcast issue or is this a bad TiVo?

I was able to resolve the issue. It ended up being a bad tuner on the Tivo. They sent me a new one, and the card paired right away. Tivo kept blaming Comcast and Comcast Tivo. They each hand me try different trouble shooting steps - that were a waste of time.
