Thanks very much - works a treat. So long as you tell the Virgin box to display the new channel information for zero seconds (rather than the default 6 seconds) - basically, if there is channel information already showing when you try and change to another new channel, you need to press the OK button on the Virgin remote (which TiVo can't do). So turn off the channel info completely and you can change as quickly as you like
