I know, I cringed at the thought of calling it that. My R10 was doing so many reboots that we decided to make a change in that one room. D* sent me a "replacement" DVR - a refurb R15. It has had problems as well right off the bat. I was hoping I could atleast get a new R15 with the DVR4U2 code.
