How on Earth are they going to figure out a way for her talent to help out a case on a weekly basis?

Unless she lives on the most dangerous block in Queens.

Half the time, I thought I was looking at Julie McNiven.

Not that that's a BAD thing...
I though the show was forgettable.

The gimmick in this one just seems a little to, well gimmicky. Putting herself back into the scene and letting her see things from a perspective her character could not have seen.
Also, I don't remember and I have deleted the episode, did we see her get out of the cab after her blackjack outing? I kept trying to wonder when she could have seen the guy in the diner.

I also loved that she could call up and order DNA tests when she was just consulting and that surrounded by police officers they allowed her retrieve evidence from the drain.

I doubt I give this very many more, if any, episodes.

Yes, the whole sequence where she got out of the cab and saw the young lovers walking down the sidewalk. I remember wondering why the young lovers were so important (from the way they were shown), then later in the episode she "looked" past them into the diner.
Okay, I remember that scene now. I assumed it was just there to show us that she was alone. I did not know that they would come back to scenes like they did.
I liked it. It's based on a real medical condition where people remember every single thing in their lives. Marilu Henner has Hyperthymesia and was featured on 60 Minutes. Are they gonna stretch it a little to make it interesting. Probably....but I liked it. Especially the twist that even though she has this ability she can't remember details about the murder of her sister(?).
I loved it. Gave me a Mentalist vibe and I love that show too. I think CBS has another hit on it's hands.

This. Marilu Henner was listed as consultant in the credits.

Marilu Henner on her Unforgettable new gig and her infallible memory
Not terrible, but if it doesn't get better we'll pass on it.
I forgot to record this!

I think CBS is replaying it on Saturday.

My wife likes the show while I find the central premise a stretch & yah I know about Henner. That said, Poppy looks hawt! (Do not tell wife)

Actually in some shots, her lips looks like she had too much collagen injected. Did she get some work done?

Don't get me wrong, I'm not saying she looks bad by any means.

I figure she will work as a consultant until she decides she join the force again.

This is pretty much what I had thought. She would probably be pretty good in the interrigation room after having visited the crime scene. Catching 'perps' in lies, etc.

I thought she had a badge in the previews, so maybe she will be on the force sooner rather than later.
It's like Monk, just not as funny.

I think her lips look the same as they did on Without a Trace. They kind of bugged me then also. Her lips remind me of Joanne Kelly's lips on Warehouse 13.
I thought the casino stuff was the best -- when she turned the tables in the back room. She'll probably stop that to do the police thing though.

Maybe undercover as let's say, an exotic dancer like Catherine's old profession on CSI? One can hope.
