No that's not the guy he gave the free franchise to. The guy with the cold table problem only got some help with business classes.
It was the younger guy that got the free franchise and he deserved it I think.

I wonder if CEO David Kim reviewed the tapes before the show aired. Seems to me several employees had unkind remarks ie: "I'd never hire that guy" or "I never saw anyone drop a whisk into the guacamole before". Also, how long would that cold table be too warm had he not visited.
And yet, he wants to give the guy a free franchise, Huh.
I thought he made at least implications (or I inferred) that, in the future, they would both *possibly* get a franchise. No that's not the guy he gave the free franchise to. The guy with the cold table problem only got some help with business classes.

I'm as anti-religion as anybody, but I think you're hugely overreacting. IIRC, he had already said something along the lines of "thank god" at least once in his casual conversation. It was clearly obvious that he was a religious person.I think that the CEO should get in trouble for asking someone if they are a Christian. I am sure he already knew, but can you imagine if the employee was an Atheist? That question is even wrong from coworker.
I don't know about elsewhere, but in California you can get in so much trouble asking that kind of question if you are an employer.I think that the CEO should get in trouble for asking someone if they are a Christian.
I would agree with that. Even "easy jobs" take training. I have a pretty technical job and I wouldn't be able to just walk up to one of those registers and start inputing orders, especially if I didn't know the menu. Of course if I took that job, I'd have the menu memorized before I even stepped foot in the place.I like when the CEO is put in a position where he can reasonably be expected to perform well. I don't like it when they put him in a position that normally requires training and then he looks like a buffoon. Like when they put him on the register at lunch hour. No one would be able to do that without training. Or when the casino guy was working at the tables. It takes a lot of training before a real employee is expected to do those things.
They left Central Ohio in 2009, after Wendy's sold them off:We don't have a single one in Columbus any longer or in Ohio for that matter. Which is kind of surprising considering how many used to be around here when Wendy's owned them a few years ago.
I have never been to one. Always wanted to try it when they were popular around here, but just never made it.They left Central Ohio in 2009, after Wendy's sold them off:

They've never been up here. And though I've never really been a fan of Mexican food, I've been to one just down the street from where I used to live in Sacramento (for a date, even).
