Hello, I'm able to stream from my Bolt to my Tivo iPhone app from outside my home. Inside my home, I can steam to a PC. Outside my home I get "Problem Playing Show
We are unable to detect your TiVo streaming device from this location. If you are currently away from home, streaming video is not supported at this time." when I try to stream to a PC using online.tivo.com

How can I stream to a PC outside my home?

That's not a new issue, it seems to happen with me when I'm out of the home and haven't figured out why?
