I am able to view my tivo programs on a remote computer via tyshow and vserver, but don't know how to get rid of the lines at the top of the screen. I can't find an option in Windows media player. I have also set up VLC 0.84a to play the files, but can't get the cropping feature to work. I have searched both here and DDB, but no love. Can anyone give me any advice about this? I find the lines very distracting.
Also is there a more elegant way to view the now playing list other than through TWP or via VLC playlist? I'd like to eventually set up a HTPC in another room with Vista Media Center on it. I certainly can use a mouse and keyboard, but if there is a way to access the Now Playing List with just a remote control, this would be ideal.
Thanks!
