TW Digital Cable Issue

Have Time Warner Digitial Cable and Tivo series 2. Hooked it up just like the sheet shows.

Analog stations (2-99) record just fine. Digitial channels record sometimes--other times they show up as recorded but when you go to play them back there is just a black screen. The show title is there along with the green line that shows how long the show lasts but no show.

Also Tivo remote does not recognize any of the digital cable stations. It goes up to 99 just fine, but after that it shows the show title but will not change the station.

Tried going into "channels" and checking yes for both "box" and "cable." Tried resetting and most of the other trouble shooting tips. Any ideas? Thanks a million.
