Like others, I am trying to add an app I signed up for, but keep getting an error message, msg_v310_id. I have a Samsung smart TV, I re-checked to see if I am connected to Tivo and the internet, and I am. When I go to "add an app" and insert the IP address, I get the error message. I am trying to add Disney+ and Apple TV. Can someone please show me the way. Thanks.

Trying to add to TIVO or to Samsung Smart TV? I have both those on my Samsung TV - I don't think there are TIVO versions for either
Thanks for the info. Are there any work around. Is there no way to get Disney or AppleTV to my Samsung? I should mention that my Tivo is a XL4 model in case that makes any difference. Thanks

You are SOL for getting them on your TiVo.

Whether Disney+ or Apple+ apps are available for your Samsung TV might depend upon how old your TV is, since Samsung isn't the best at putting new apps on old TVs. Knowing what model your TV is might help someone to help you, but short answer is if the app isn't in the Samsung app store, you're out of luck.

An AppleTV would solve your problem. Except for the awful remote (which I have replaced), I have come to prefer the Apple interface.

Have you gone to the Samsung web site - look up your TV and see if there are any updates for it. My Samsung is about 2 years old so newer than yours but when I go to TV menus there is an option to add apps - may not exist in your era or may not have what you need but....

I have a 4-5 year old LG 4K TV, it's old enough I couldn't add Paramount+, it needs a newer version of WEBOS, not sure what Samsung uses, but could be related.
I haven't tried to add Apple+ or Disney+.
I ended up getting a Roku Express 4K, but ended up getting Paramount+ through Amazon Prime, but did get Disney+ through the Roku.
I didn't really like the LG interface, or remote, so much better on both counts.
