Like others, I am trying to add an app I signed up for, but keep getting an error message, msg_v310_id. I have a Samsung smart TV, I re-checked to see if I am connected to Tivo and the internet, and I am. When I go to "add an app" and insert the IP address, I get the error message. I am trying to add Disney+ and Apple TV. Can someone please show me the way. Thanks.
