My new EDGE was recently installed in my house.
I have Cox cable into my house with splitter for downstairs and upstairs feed.
TA and Cablecard installed downstairs. Works like a champ.
Cox cannot get the upstairs unit, an older TIVO, to work.
Has anyone had this kind of trouble with COX?

What model is this other older Tivo?
Can you receive on the TV that's in the same room? You would need a cable box to test it.

If somehow your TCD 652160 has never gotten updated, it might be unable to receive channels if your area has switched all channels to mpeg4 already. This is in progress in different Cox markets. Try moving the Edge unit upstairs and see if it works there. If so, you will know it's not a wiring or signal issue.
