Check your ToDo list and remove the entries for the transfers, then restart the Tivo. Re-do the transfers.

Are both units connected to the router non-wirelessly? That is, do you have CAT5 run to both of them?I didn't even test bedroom TiVO till last night and speed doubled to it! Thanks!
