Hung is the most technically proficient but in the view of the judges, he doesn't always end up with the best tasting dish. In this episode, Casey seem to produce the best tasting dish but lacked the presentation and technical skills of Hung.

Great quote by Sirio Maccioni:

"As a man, I would like to say Casey because she is attractive..."

I thought for sure Dale would be going home -- especially when the edits showed him and Casey talking about how close they'd become, etc. -- typically a sign that one of the two will be ousted.

Dale really does NOT have his act together. But you just can't serve seriously undercooked chicken -- it's a true health hazard (and disgusting to boot). And it's hard to make excuses when Sara's quickfire dish was raw in the middle as well. Dale's dish may not have been very good, but at least it was edible and not hazardous!

I can't see that Dale has any chance at all to win, even though he managed to slip through to the finals. Casey and Hung are on a whole different level than the other two.

I am rooting for Casey! Hung is too arrogant for me. Plus it's about time a woman won this show.

It seems like a two-way race between Casey and Hung right now. I don't think the other two have a chance, unless something weird happens. Of course they judges have said they judge each contest independently, so anything can happen.

As this season wraps up, though, I think it is a weaker overall quality from Season 2, which I think was the strongest, in terms of talented Chefs of the three seasons.

By the way, people wondering about Casey under that coat, there was a Q&A show with people from all 3 seasons, and the judges and Q&A and they had one bikini shot of Casey laying out.

I think we're gonna need a picture... Just to see what all the fuss is about. ;)

I don't see how Hung can lose at this point. Certainly Casey is the only one who's even remotely a threat to him. It really seems like the chefs who could have won it all were eliminated pretty early this year, and some of the also-rans have hung on late in the season.

I can't believe no one called Hung out on the conceit of blaming his error on not getting help from the others, when he had already received a half hour advantage over them from the quick challenge. If he worked on his people skills as much as his knife skills, he would get my vote. So Casey has my vote for now.

I dunno about that. Hung has been at the bottom a few times so he's hit and miss. He has the most training and knows more than the rest of them but doesn't always use the best judgment or has the most creativity.

Seems that is Hung's MO.....blame one of the others for his shortcoming. He wants them to help him plate but he has declined to do the same in past episodes. He runs around the kitchen like a cyclone breaking dishes and everyone else has to duck and dodge. He's just a little too full of himself.
