TivoHD Recording Dual Station

I am the owner of an Tivo S3. Since the recent announcement of MRV/TTG I purchased a TivoHD.

While I am waiting for the CableCard guys to come, I hooked up the TivoHD directly to my cable without any CableCards. I noticed that the Tivo Sugguestions was recording 2 stations at once. So I tested it, and it turns out that on the TivoHD I can record 2 stations without a cable card. Is this possible for the S3 as well? Can I record multiple Analog station without dual cable cards?

Yes for both. They work with dual tuners, unless you put in just one cablecard, then they revert to single tuner boxes.

You can put a single M-card in the THD and still have dual tuners. You need two cards in the Series3.
