If you are computer illiterate, you may want to wait until Tivo officially supports eSATA expansion on the TivoHD. Tivo has not announced when they will do it, but many expect it to happen before the end of the year. Tivo suggested as much to some TivoHD reviewers.10_pearljam said:i am very computer illiterate...so please bare with me.
can you hook up a regular external hard drive to the tivo hd? if so, how would you do so? is is as simple as hooking one up to a pc or is it more involved?
TiVo does not sell a My Book.tivo is selling a mybook external hard drive on their website...is that what we've been waiting for to expand the drives on the tivo hd? or is that for the series 3 only?
