TivoHD and remote problem

Hi.. I just picked up a TivoHD last week, and if I hit the channel up or down button in rapid succession, I notice the Tivo will occasionally change the channel once ir twice in the opposite direction... For example, if I hit CH UP, CH UP,CH UP, CH UP,CH UP, CH UP, quickly, the Tivo box will change channels like 2...3...4...5...4...5

Anyone else experience this problem?

Patient: Doc, it hurts when I do this.
Doctor: Then don't do that.

Is the TivoHD your first Tivo? Most Tivo users find that they eventually stop most if not all of the channel surfing they're used to. With Tivo, there's always something on. No need to go looking for something one channel at a time.

Right.. So, back to my question -- do you experience this issue? Is it a known problem on the TivoHD?

Yes I see this exact behavior on my TivoHD when I change channels quickly.

I forgot those buttons even changed channels. I think of them as page up/down.

What's live TV?
