Our TIVO just stopped working. We unplugged it and hooked it back up and it still won't do anything. There's a solid red light on the display. Can anybody help? Is there anything we can do (other than pray to the TIVO gods)?
Do you not see anything on the TV screen when you plug it in? What model TiVo is it and how old is it? Do lights of any other colors: when you plug it in?
