Anyone else have any weird emails and chat sessions via the TiVo.com site recently? We have a lifetime subscription on our two Bolts, but got an email last week saying that unless we paid $149.99 per unit by March 18, they're going to shut off our TiVo access. I opened a customer support case via email to straighten it out, but never heard back from anyone. So I opened a live chat on the TiVo.com site this morning and was told I'd need to speak with their billing department to straighten it out. The number they gave me (877-367-8487) is an automated spam robot number trying to sell me some sort of medical device! What the hell is going on here? Anyone else dealing with this?
