I have Tivo To Go along with Toast. I have an accurate list on Tivo To Go of all my programs. On Tivo, all the shows have either green balls, or yellow balls as icons before the show name. On Tivo to Go, some of the shows have green balls and yellow balls as per Tivo. But some shows are preceded by an icon that is a red circle with a diagonal line going through it. Any show with this icon can't be transferred to my Mac. Can anybody expain why this is happening all of a sudden and is there a workaround.

need more info on what type of shows and what network you recorded from.

These might be errors where the cable or some other upstream party set the copy flag incorrectly

It's happened with multiple shows from different networks. I did notice it has happened more recently from recording HBO programs, which includes specials and movies. But I have transferred many movies legally in the past from HBO using the TIVO transfer built into Toast. I will take any suggestions. thank you
