Tivo to Go - Conversion question
So, I have Tivo To Go working beautifuly and I can download to my computer no problem, and I can use toast to make the videos ipod compaitble.
My problem, however, is i would like to save the files with a larger than 320 size - When I play the raw .tivo file they are larger, but when I use visual hub to try to convert them for larger screen viewing, they come out all jarbled no matter what settings I use. I would like to make the size of the screen 620x480, and then import the video into imovie to cut out commercials so that I can save all my shows in archival quality.
Is this a possiblity?

This has been discussed multiple times in this forum. One of the threads carrying part of the discussions is the sticky at the top. Please see the last 20 or so posts of this thread for that part of the discussion. In brief, it can be made to work after a fashion, but there are side effects and doesn't work as well as you would expect. If you really need that kind of control, you are probably best off using third party tools.
