I was told by Astound / Wave that this was the newest TiVo they offered, despite their listing the ARRIS MG2 6 Tuner TiVo on their website as an option for Washington, Oregon, and California customers. The ARRIS MG2 is listed as equivalent to the newer TiVo BOLT VOX. I realize it's not the same box, but offers the same features. I know people will have opinions, but please respect that people will want to try out those offered by cable companies. I am curious why they didn't offer the ARRIS. They claimed contracts were not updated from years ago. Should I mention the ARRIS by name and try to get it swapped? Too bad the techs are so poorly trained in regards to cable cards and TiVos.
