My hard drive has stopped working. After putting in a new one, I can no
longer do the online scheduling through the Tivo website. After more
investigation, I noticed in the setting, it said, "Tivo Service Number:
Not Available: 00000000000000000"

That's why I cannot see this Tivo on the website under my account
anymore. Anyway to fix this?

I have not personally experienced this but I've read reports of it.

They generally fall into to classes

1. An image was restored to a hard drive that was not made on that Tivo

or

2. No good reason at all.

The solution seems to be

for #1 Select "Reset and clear everything" from the setup menu.
for #2 Reset and clear everything and do something superstitious like leaving the machine unplugged and wiping the access card (if there is one) on a lucky shirt.

If this doesn't help hopefully we'll get a better response from someone who has dealt with this first hand.
