@NickArchiver, @Gionni0820 and I have compiled a list of all of the TiVo Service Account Status numbers. These have been gathered from across the Internet and from TiVo Chat Support.

0: Unknown, call 1-877-367-8586
1: New, Call 1-877-367-8586
2: Not set up, (number) days left, Call 1-877-367-8586
3: Account in Good Standing
4: TiVo Testing Mode (UK: TiVo Internal Testing)
5: Product Lifetime Service
6: Past Due, (numbers) days left, call 1-877-367-8586
7: Never Set Up, call 1-877-367-8586
8: Account Closed, call 1-877-367-8586
9: Account Closed: (reason unknown)
10: Past Due Balance [warning before account closure]
11: Evaluation
12: Demo
13: Account Error
14: Account Closed: Past Due Balance, call 1-877-367-8586
15: (unknown if it means anything)
16: (unknown if it means anything)
17: TiVo Basic (FT Possible)
18: Free Trial, (number) days left

22: Staging to 03: Account In Good Standing
22 can go both ways. It is used by MSO's for Minis that come off customer sites and are pending re-assignment - if the box sits in the warehouse longer than the Grace Period permits it will transition to State 7, which is "Suspended/Grace Period Expired". If it is re-assigned, it will go to State 3, regular operation.
