I noticed a new banner on the forum for a series 3 for $399.99 after rebate.

The banner takes you to the TiVoCommunity Store:

Looks like there is in fact a new (at least that I have seen) "Holiday" rebate on the S3:

I apologize if this is a smeek, but I had not seen anything about this.

Does this mean they are really trying to now clear out the S3 platform and make the HD the sole HD platform of the future......
