My Roamio keeps freezing and all four of the colored lights on the front flash. I have to unplug it and restart it several times a week. I'm wondering if I should purchase a new power supply or just upgrade to the new Edge. Any suggestions? Thanks!

You don’t say what model Roamio. Could be either the power supply- if external- or the HDD. If it has lifetime, it would be worth sorting it out.

First thing to do forthwith, save your contents via KMTTG or other program.
