Live 365 problem has been resolved, at least on my Tivo.

Rhapsody has been down for 17 days and counting. Look for info on Rhapsody and Tivo forums. In short, Rhapsody did a software upgrade that was incompatible with many Rhapsody devices including Tivo, without making sure that their partners had successfully upgraded the device firmware. Rhapsody claims their partners are still working on the firmware upgrades. Tivo has been largely incommunicative and appears to be uncaring. Meanwhile, no Rhapsody on Tivo (and Denon, and Sony, and some Squeezebox, and etc.) Sounds like a Rhapsody death wish.
Logitech updated the server software for most of their platforms within a day. I was back running on my two Squeezeboxes in an hour.
Too bad Tivo isn't as responsive.

As a multiple Tivo owner, I had been under the impression that Tivo was responsive, communicative, and customer-friendly.

With Rhapsody on Tivo now broken for 19 days and with Tivo failing to communicate with or respond to its disappointed customers as to the problem, it would appear that I was in error as to my impressions of Tivo-the company.
Rhapsody has had problems on Tivo for years, and Tivo's reaction has always been slow, opaque and temporary. That is why I bought the Squeezeboxes in the first place, I wanted to enjoy Rhapsody on my stereo and Tivo didn't work reliably.

Agree; and I've been considering a really inexpensive Grace wireless internet radio to attach to my stereo. But, I prefer Tivo because I like occasionally looking at the large screen monitor from across the room to see what's playing or what's next, or to use search.

Just wonder why it's so difficult for Tivo to communicate with us. Tell us what the problem is, what's being done to fix it, and when the fix is expected to be completed. That's the least a company with world-class customer service would do.

Why? Because that's who they are. I recommend that you accept it, adjust your expectations and move on.

What I liked about the Squeezebox is the built-in display so I don't need to turn on the TV. It is hard to read from across the room, but there are nice apps for all the major smartphone platforms that let you control them from your Wifi phone.
