TiVO+ Remove "channels" from Guide?

Is there a way to remove the TiVo+ "channels" from the guide just like you would for a normal channel? I have removed all SD and some of the HD channels that we have no interest or that I do not want our children to watch, but I can't seem to do that with the TiVo+ ones.

That also begs the question, can I control the TiVO+ from being accessed by my children? Are there parental controls?

Tivo Plus is part of v21/Hydra of the Tivo software. If you were to revert to v20.7x then there would not be any of that Plus stuff, plus you lose the VOX function. Depending on model, it may not be possible to revert.

Do you have a Twitter account? If so I would send @TiVoSupport and ask them. It will get a response, but the answer will be "no".
I managed to get rid of Tivo+. I unplugged my Tivo and got a Recast.

I think those TiVo+ channels are making my guide jump every now and then. If I start at 1734 and scroll down a few times suddenly I am back at 1734.

I have a Roamio without TiVo+ in the guide and this has happened to me on occasion too.
This started for me not long after the Tivo+ lines were added to the guide. Let's see what others are experiencing.

I am having the Exact same problem with the scrolling! TiVo says it's a tuner problem and to send them 75.00 and send them back the box and they will send me a replacement. This only started when the TiVo+ came online.
Very likely, and totally just guessing, the replacement isn't going to fix this?/save the $75?

Were you able to remove ads in the Recast guide? Or could you increase the amount of lines show to match TiVo's?

Point taken. If TiVo were free like Recast, I wouldn’t mind the ads. Also TiVo+ is on EVERY page.
For the $75 did they mention what box you would get? I guess whatever you turn in. Honestly I haven't experienced the guide jump recently.
