Hello,
I have a couple OnePass setups, particularly for the NCIS series (NCIS, NCIS LA and NCIS NO).
In the options for these, I have said Recordings and Streaming Videos, for New Episodes Only, Don't include Recordings, and specified the CBS HD Channel.

Unfortunately, it seems that Tivo Suggestions keeps finding old instances of these shows and recording them which one day added up to 12 recordings to NCIS burying the 1 true new entry.

Why would Suggestions conflict with the OnePass and how do I get it to stop this behavior?
I am running the new interface and I don't seem to remember this occurring under the old one.

There's no conflict, the suggestion engine is doing exactly what it should, it would do that in TE3 also.
It sees you like those shows and to be helpful it's recording the older ones in a way that occupies no space, it just happens that in folder view they all occupy the same space, but it should be obvious which are suggestions vs recordings with the type of dot.

You could change the folder view to by season instead of recorded by date and that might help your issue.
