So the ethernet of my Tivo Premiere doesn't seem to be working, I first try connecting to the Tivo service, and then on Connecting it says Failed while negotiating, I then tried to do a connection test, and it also failed with the same Failed while negotiating, There is no error code, It just says that.

Can't access non of the apps, Its like not connected to the internet, So the list of Apps are missing.
The connection test just fails with the same message with no error code.

are other devices on the same network able to access the internet, other than tivo?

It seems doing a hard reset of the router fixed it, The connection test has passed.
