My TiVo broke and is starting on "Welcome! Poweing up". I read a bit and learned that the hard drive is very likely to be dead and needs to have the hard drive be replaced and flashed.

I just went out and bought a 4TB drive (which should be able to hold a LOT of recordings). Pretty happy about my purchase.

Does anyone have a flashed image?
