Tivo Premier does not record, not shows Account Service Number

I updated my Tivo Premiere hard drive, and all the process went successful until I realize that I cannot record any show on the Tivo, when go to the show list appears a message about a hardware problem and asks restart.

In the System Info my Tivo Account Service does not appears but I can connect to the Tivo Central and download all my updates.

I do not know what it's wrong with my Tivo, please help me!!!!

Have you done a full clear and delete all?
This is needed on replacement drives that are not a clone of the original to reset the account and TSN from the motherboard.

Thanks for the clue I found the error #51 and the topic about
Clear and Delete Everything, I wished was in the copy guide....????
I am doing now!!!
