My DTV Sony Sat T60 sticks at 28% Sat load and when it does load only gets on Sat. I need help.

Wow, haven't heard of this problem in some time. If I remember correctly you need to disconnect the sat lines and reboot. It will complain about not being able to see the sats and give an option to fix it later. When done then reconnect the sat lines.

Yes, that's the fix. I thought there was a software update to take care of that.

There was. Apparently the OP has a hacked S1 DTivo still stuck at 2.5.2.
