Tivo offer for a Premiere, Slide & Wireless N

Tivo sent me an email for a Premiere with a wireless N adapter and a slide remote for $129.

Just in case any of you are thinking of using this for a Christmas present like I was, they won't sell it with a lifetime service, it's monthly only.

i.e. Christmas present for them instead of from them.

I was under the impression they would sell lifetime to any box.

It says specifically in the advertisement that it is monthly service with the deal and doesn't qualify for MSD. Which really doesn't make it much of a deal when you have to pay $20 a month for it.
