TiVo.net & m4v files downloaded from iTunes store

Before I waste a lot of time trying to figure this out, I thought I'd ask the question here first. I downloaded some TV shows through the iTunes store, but am having trouble transferring them to my TV through TiVo.net. Since I have no trouble watching .avi files usingTiVo.net, I'm wondering if the problem is either the file format (m4v) or the fact that I downloaded from the iTunes store. I'm also wondering if the files need to be converted into some other format in order to watch them on my TV.

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance!

The iTunes store content is DRM protected. No converter will convert it, unless they have Apple's blessing or cracks the apple DRM.
