tivo mistakenly set up for only cbl channels through 99

How do I get tivo to get channels above 99 from my cable?
I had it mistakenly configured for only "basic" cable but I have a "digital preferred" package from cable company.

Got to your channel list (settings & messages > settings > channels > channel list) and on the bottom of the screen will be a message to press the enter button to change the channel lineup.

That's the enter button , not the select button.
