Hey guys I have a tivo premier XL4 and tivo bolt, if I get a tivo mini from offer up or craigslist do I need to pay a subscription fees for the mini? thank you all.

No, Lifetime is included, unless its one of the early models where its not included, then its about $199.

Also make sure it is not a cable company-owned Mini, which TiVo cannot allow you to transfer to your account.
