Can anybody help me find out why my TIVO MINI (also my Roku) will not turn on via CEC or its device remote on a "Polaroid 32GSR3000FB 32" HDTV"?
The volume and power off work, but can not get the TV Power ON or INPUT CHANGE to work?
Short of going through the full 9999 codes...!!!
